This is a Chocolate Mousse Crunch Cake. It was amazing. The cakes was devils food cake, with chocolate mouse filling and a ganache topping covered in toffee bits.

Mickey Mouse Birthday Cake

This is a chocolate fudge cake with strawberry cream filling. It is covered in MM fondant with gum paste stripes and mickey mouses. Also the whimsical gum ball boarder made it the hit of the night with all the kids!

Cream Soda Cupcakes

These are cream soda cupcakes with brown butter frosting and toffee bits. I should have got into the cupcake groove much earlier. These things are so tasty and fun to make!

Toy Story alien cupcakes

These were ordered for a Toy Story Birthday Party. I found the instructions from the Family Fun Magazine website. Funfetti cupcakes with butter cream frosting, mentos eyes and green sour straws and sour easter jelly beans worked into the ears and antennae.
