Last year we had big time Pokemon fans in this house. So of course when my son turned 5 he had to have a Pikachu cake.
I baked the cake in a 9x13 pan and then cut out the shapes I needed for the face and ears. It fit perfect. Then I just used my star tip and covered the cake. It came together pretty quickly.
Also just for fun, we made these little Pikachu/peeps pops!
